You two are adorable!

I remember when I was little, the chubby version of the clothes, which were called things like "pretty plus," were shapeless and ugly. I was a fashion whore since I was 3 and had my very favorite clothes item of all time; a plaid skirt with an elastic band. I loved clothes so much it hurt, especially with the fact my main focus was if I looked skinnier in the clothes, not what I really liked. I have changed a lot, which I should have seeing I am 61 years old. 🩷

You are 🔥🔥🔥 in that black cropped suit! And I’ve never given Selkie more than a passing glance because it was too pink and too princess every time it crossed my consciousness, but you’re also complete rocking it at that wedding too!

Also, Your high school pic is giving me nostalgia for Jessica Alba in never been kissed 😂

Thank you for sharing both your looks and your ruminations!

This all feels very relatable. Your photos and descriptions are fantastic. I was trying to explain what Laura Ashley was and was it was so horrible to my daughter and feel like only photos of me trying to wear it in the 80s would do justice to the topic.

My mother was all about putting me in Kelly Green because I had coppery hair and I would damn near SCREAM before I would stand still for the formal black velvet dress with the little lace collar we had to wear to visit my rich great grandmother at the Shore. That is all far in the past, and I'm so happy now that I can wear the clothes that support women in India by giving them the opportunity to learn a trade and escape the dowry killings that claim so many of them. marketplaceindia.com, and you will NEVER see yourself coming and going.
